During our recent city trip, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcomed from the start. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was great, with easy access to local restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi service, both of which were very convenient.
One minor issue we encountered was the lack of parking spaces available. We had to park at a nearby public parking lot, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had an amazing stay with comfortable and clean accommodations. The hotel provided excellent facilities such as parking and transportation options. The location was convenient as it was close to the airfield of Utersen-Heist and had easy access to a grassy area. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our wishes, making our stay comfortable.

The location was pretty good, close to a supermarket and a couple of cafes. the room was clean and spacious too. I also appreciated the complimentary soap and shampoo.
I was really disappointed with the lack of customer service. the staff were not friendly at all and seemed uninterested in helping guests.
